摘要
目的：探讨采用腔镜泌尿技术对结石性脓肾进行治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年2月～2014年12月之间于我院接受治疗的80例结石性脓肾患者，将其随机均分为两组。对照组实施传统开放手术治疗，观察组实施微创经皮肾镜取石术，比较两组的手术情况、临床疗效与并发症情况。结果：观察组患者的术中出血量小于对照组；观察组患者治疗的有效率为100．0％，与对照组（92．5％）无显著差异；观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为2．5％，远小于对照组（20．0％）。结论：采用腔镜泌尿技术治疗结石性脓肾具有创伤小、术中出血量少、手术安全性高等优点，临床疗效显著，术后很少发生并发症，值得在临床上推广与普及。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical ef ect in the treatment of calculous pyonephrosis with urinary endoscopic technology.Methods:Selected 80 cases of calculous pyonephrosis patients accepted treatment during February 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital,which were divided for two groups.Control group received traditional open surgery,observation group re-ceived the minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy via,compared with two groups of surgery,clinical ef icacy and complications.Results:Observation group of patients with intraopera-tive bleeding is less than the control group;observation of the patients in the treatment group ef iciency was 100.0%,compared with the control group (92.5%)had no significant dif erence;observation group of patients with postoperative complication rate was 2.5%,which is far less than that in the control group (20.0%).Conclusion:The laparoscopic urology technique in the treatment of calculi purulent kidney has smal trauma,intraoperative bleeding less,operation safety advantages,clinical curative ef ect is remarkable,after operation with few complications,it is worth to popularize in clinic.
