摘要
目的：研究和观察对供应室护理人员加强职业暴露防护行为干预的效果。方法：收集供应室护理人员共7名，对其加强职业保护防护教育和培训，并实施质量控制和监督改进，将干预前的职业感染防护知识测评得分、职业感染防护行为评分作为对照组，将干预后的相关数据作为观察组，把两组数据进行统计和对比。结果：观察组的职业感染防护知识测评得分明显高于对照组，观察组的职业感染防护行为评分显著高于对照组，P 均＜0．05。结论：在供应室护理人员中开展职业暴露防护的加强干预，能够有效提高供应室护理人员的防护知识和意识，减少职业伤害，值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective:To study and observe the strengthening occupation exposure and the ef ect of behavior intervention on nursing staf in supply room.Method:col ect of nursing staf in the supply room a total of seven,to strengthen occupational protection education and training,to implement and improve the quality control and supervision,the intervention of occupational in-fection protection knowledge test scores,occupational infection protection behavior score as the control group,the intervention of the data as the observation group,the two groups of data statistics and comparison.Results:observation group of occupational infection protection knowledge evaluation score was significantly higher than that of the control group,observation group of occupation-al infection protection behavior score was significantly higher than that of the control group,P <0.05).Conclusion:in the nursing staf in the supply room to carry out occupational exposure protection to strengthen intervention can ef ectively improve the nursing staf in the supply room door knowledge and awareness,reducing the occupational injuries,it is worthy of popularization and application.
