摘要
目的：探讨耳穴埋豆结合中医养生调护对腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效的影响。方法：将腰椎间盘突出症患者110例随机分成观察组和对照组分别为55例，对照组采用中医综合疗法和常规护理，观察组采用在中医综合疗法和常规护理基础上，加用耳穴埋豆及中医养生调护，利用统计学原理及 HAMA 量表和 JOA 量表对两组患者的疗效进行比较分析。结果：比较两组疗效，观察组康复31例（61．8％），对照组康复18例（32．7％），差异有统计学意义（p ＜0．05）。结论：耳穴埋豆结合中医养生调护能够明显改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的焦虑和疼痛，有利于患者更快康复、提高康复率。
Abstract
Objective To discuss on the ear acupuncture point buries beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine keeping in good health regulating ef ect on the clinical curative ef ect of patients on treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods 110 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse were randomly divided into observation group and control group 55 cases respectively, the control group using acupuncture and moxibustion,and traditional Chinese medicine medicine,massage integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and diet,rest,waist and back mus-cle function exercise routine nursing methods,such as observation group adopted on the basis of TCMcomprehensive therapy and routine nursing,combined with ear acupuncture point buries a bean and medicine aftercare,using the statistical principle and HAMA scale and JOA scale to compare the curative ef ect of two groups of patients.Results:to compare the curative ef ect of the two groups,observation group cure 31 cases (61.8%)and control group in cure 18 cases (32.7%),the dif erence was statistical y significant (p <0.05).Conclusion:the combination of ear acupuncture point buries bean medicine aftercare can obviously improve the patient's anxiety and pain,lumbar disc prolapse is beneficial to patients recover faster and improve the cure rate.
