摘要
目的：在药学信息咨询工作中应用循证药学方式，探讨其临床应用价值。方法：选取2010年10月至2013年10月本院收治的68例发热患者，通过循证药学方式对其实施治疗，对其临床治疗效果进行分析，并全面总结循证药学方式在本院药学咨询工作中的实践情况，评价其应用价值。结果：68例发烧患者接受循证药学方式治疗后取得的治疗有效率为100％，患者满意度从治疗前的74．5％上升到治疗后的99．8％，应用效果明显。结论：采用循证药学模式开展医院治疗工作以及护理工作，有利于探索更为行之有效的药物治疗方案。循证药学模式通过提出各种药学问题、搜集和整理并评价相关资料信息、科学反馈相关临床证据等，可以促进药学信息咨询工作效率和质量的有效提高，为医院临床药学服务提供有效保障。
Abstract
objective:application of evidence -based medicine berth in the pharmic information consulting work,to explore the clinical application value.Methods:choose in October 2010 to October 2010 in our hospital treated 68 cases of patients with fever,by way of evidence -based medicine for the treatment of its implementation,to analyze the clinical therapeutic ef ect, and comprehensively summarizes the way of evidence -based medicine in our hospital pharmacy practice of consulting work,evaluate its application value.Results:68 cases of fever patients ac-cepted way of evidence -based medicine treatment ef ective rate of 100% after treatment,patients'satisfaction rose from 74.5% before therapy to 99.8% after treatment,the application ef ect is obvious.Conclusion:adopting the mode of evidence -based medicine in hospital treatment and nursing,to explore a more ef ective drug treatment.Evidence -based medicine model through various pharmaceutical questions,col ecting and organizing and evaluate relevant information,science and feedback related clinical evidence,can promote the pharmaceutical information consult-ing work ef iciency and quality ef ectively,provide ef ective guarantee for the hospital clinical pharmacy services.
