摘要
目的：对外科手术患者深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理措施进行探讨。方法按血栓形成高危因素对90例术后卧床患者进行评估分级，并采取有针对性预防措施，观察术后深静脉血栓形成的症状、体征，加强药物治疗监护。结果本组90例中，9例术后发生深静脉血栓，治愈8例，治愈率88．9％，1例治疗效果不佳。结论对术后卧床患者给予深静脉血栓的预防护理，可减少并发症发生。
Abstract
objective to surgery in patients with deep venous thrombosis prevention and nursing measures were discussed.methods According to thrombosis risk factors to evaluate 90 ca-ses of postoperative patients in bed,and targeted prevention measures,observe the signs and symptoms of postoperative deep vein thrombosis,strengthen monitoring drug treatment.Results of 90 cases,9 cases of postoperative deep vein thrombosis,8 cases cured,the cure rate 88.9%,1 case of treatment the ef ect not beautiful.Conclusion to give deep vein thrombosis in patients with post-operative bed preventive care,can reduce complications.
