摘要
目的：探讨多层面螺旋 CT 诊断主动脉壁内血肿的价值。材料与方法收集2012年至2014年间经 MSCTA 检查证实主动脉壁间血肿的患者12例，观察、分析病变部位、血肿的厚度、形态及增强后血肿壁有无强化及并发症等。结果12例主动脉壁内血肿中，A 型者3例，B 型者9例；壁内钙化内移9例：合并主动脉溃疡者1例。结论 MSCTA 是诊断IMH 的一种较敏感的检查方法，可作为 IMH 的首选检查方法。
Abstract
Multi -slice spirals CT in diagnosis of primary aortic intramural hematoma Objective:To investigate the multi -slice spiral CT diagnosis of aortic intramural he-matoma.Materials and Methods:Col ect from 2012 to 2014 were confirmed by MSCTA in 12 cases of aortic intramural hematoma patients,observation,analysis of the lesion,hematoma thick-ness,morphology and enhanced wal of hematoma had enhancement and complications.Result:MSCTA is a sensitive method for diagnosis of IMH,can be used as the preferred method of exami-nation of IMH.
