摘要
目的：观察咪喹莫特外用治疗寻常疣的临床疗效。方法：治疗组30例，应用咪喹莫特乳膏外涂进行治疗，每晚一次；对照组30例，采用冷冻进行治疗。两组均要求每月随访1次，连用3个月后评价疗效。结果；治疗组痊愈率73．33％，总显效率96．67％，对照组痊愈率33．33％，总显效率73．33％．两组在痊愈率及显效率上存在显著性差异，治疗组优于对照组。结论：应用咪喹莫特乳膏治疗寻常疣，方法简便，疗效肯定，且副作用轻微，是临床治疗寻常疣的较好方法之一。
Abstract
objective To observe the imiquimod cream topical treatment Verruca vulgaris clinical ef icacy .Methods 30 patients treated using Imiquimod cream for topical treatment ,night time ;control group selected topical adapalene gel treatment ,night time,applied to the le-sions at.Both groups were asked fol ow -up once a momth ,once every three mouths were evaluated..Results The cure rate of 73.33%,markedly ef ective rate 96.67%;the control group cure rate of 33.33%,total ef ective rate 73.33%.The two groups in cure rate and total ef ective rate ,there was significant dif erence in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion Imi-quimod cream topical treatment Verruca vulgaris,method is simple,more ef ective ,and side ef ects are mild and may wel be a bet er method of treatment verruca vulgaris.
