摘要
目的：探究医院成立感染防控质量小组在医院管理中的应用效果。方法：在医院内选取成员，建立医院感染防控小组。防控小组在成立后要制定管理计划，内容包括医护人员的医院感染相关知识培训，并在每个月进行考核，检查其实践效果。结果：护理人员医院感染知识的掌握、护理操作水平在与医院感染防控小组成立后均有明显的提高，P＜0．05；医院感染发生率较之前比较明显降低，P ＜0．05。结论：在医院内成立正规的医院感染防控小组，可以增加全院人员对感染知识的掌握度，使护士护理操作更加规范，能够将医院感染发生率在很大程度上降低。
Abstract
Objective:To explore the establishment of hospital infection prevention and control ef ect of the quality team in hospital management.Methods:select the members in the hospital,the establishment of prevention and control of hospital infection group.Control group to develop a management plan was established,including the training of medical staf of the hospital infection,and assessment in each month,check its practical ef ect.Results:the hospital infection knowledge,nursing operation level increased significantly after the establishment of the preven-tion and control of hospital infection and P <0.05 group;the incidence of nosocomial infection was significantly lower than before,P <0.05.Conclusion:the establishment of hospital infection prevention and control group in the regular hospital,the hospital staf to master degree can increase the infection knowledge,make the operation more standardized nursing care,the incidence of nosocomial infection can be reduced to a great extent.
