传统村落人居环境评价及建设路径优化——以云南鹤庆为例

摘要
传统村落人居环境评价对人居建设、经济发展和文化保护具有重要意义.为此,构建包括经济环境、生态环境、社会环境、文化与历史环境4个方面的传统村落人居环境评价体系,利用熵值法对鹤庆县所辖15个传统村落人居环境进行质量与特征评价.结果表明:传统村落人居环境整体质量与生态环境和文化与历史环境的建设密切相关,各村落正面临传统文化保护与经济发展和生态环境保护两难的困境;在经济和社会环境中,各村落主导产业差异大且受自然约束力较强,但基础设施在不断改善.所以传统村落人居环境的建设应关注挖掘自身的文化与历史资源,以"文化传承"和"历史保护"为两翼,驱动"经济增收"和"环境改善",最终实现人居环境的全面可持续提升.
Abstract
The assessment of human residential environment of traditional villages is of great significance to human residential construction,economic development and cultural protection.In this study,a traditional village residential environment evaluation system of economic,ecological,social,cultural and historical environment is constructed,and the quality and characteristics of the human settlement environment of 15 traditional villages in Heqing County are evaluated by entropy method.It is concluded that the construction of the human settlement environment of traditional villages should focus on excavating their own culture and history with the double advance of"cultural inheritance"and"historical protection"to bring along"economic income"and"environmental improvement",and achieve the overall improvement of the living environment.
