摘要
清代云南水利发展达到传统农业社会的顶峰,与上至帝王下至地方官绅高度重视云南水利发展密不可分.总体上看,清代各朝皇帝都一如既往地重视云南水利发展,不遗余力地给予支持.地方官员和士绅对云南水利认识更为深刻,并针对不同情形提出因地制宜的水利发展策略.正是在社会各阶层所形成的重视水利发展的意识,奠定了云南水利发展基础,为清代治理云南夯实根基,为云南深度内地化创造了积极条件.
Abstract
In Qing Dynasty,the development of water conservancy in Yunnan peaked in traditional agricultural society,which was is inseparable with the great emphasis from emperors and local officials and gentry on the development of water conservancy in Yunnan.Generally speaking,emperors of various periods in Qing Dynasty attached importance to the development of water conservancy in Yunnan and spared no effort in providing support.Local officials and gentry have a deeper understanding of water conservancy in Yunnan,and have proposed tailored water conservancy development strategies.It is the awareness of valuing water conservancy development formed in various social classes that laid the foundation for the governance as well as the development of water conservancy of Yunnan in Qing Dynasty,and created positive conditions for the deep internalization of Yunnan.
