Exploration of the Integration of Ethnic Literature by Shi Fan in Qing Dynasty
The acceptance of Du Fu's poetry by Bai poet Shi Fan in Qing Dynasty was one of the cases where many Bai poets learned from great influential inland culture. As the master of literature and a man of wide reading in western Yunnan,Shi Fan's poetry clearly shows traces of borrowing from Du Fu's.The influence of Han culture, the development and evolution of Qing poetry in Yunnan, the retro style of Yunnan poetics, and his similar life experiences with Du Fu all contributed to Shi Fan's motivation to learn from Du Fu.For Shi Fan himself,Du Fu's personality as well as poetic achievements have influenced his writing, which leads to his imitation of Du Fu's realistic works.Under the influence of the charisma and personality of Shi Fan,a school of Bai writers in Qing Dynasty formed a circle with Shi Fan as its core.It is concluded that Shi Fan and his school of Bai writers in Qing Dynasty achieved development in cultural integration between Bai temperament and inland culture.
