Construction of a Mathematical Model for the Competence of Professional Trainers
This study collected public perceptions of the various abilities of vocational trainers through a survey questionnaire,applied the basic theory of the ISM model to determine the influencing factors,analyzed the interrelationships among them,and constructed a mathematical model to analyze the key,secondary,general,and secondary abilities required to be a competent professional trainer.A measurable and quantifiable evaluation system for the competence of vocational trainers was also constructed.
