云南少数民族地区教师普通话使用现状及提升路径

摘要
云南少数民族地区教师普通话水平受重视程度、方言情结、学习形式等因素制约,导致普通话水平普遍不高.为有效提高云南少数民族地区教师普通话水平,可以采用提高重视程度,制定提升方案;加大宣传和推广力度,营造说普通话的氛围;优化教学手段,丰富教学组织形式;利用信息化资源,线上与线下教学有机结合等路径,帮助云南少数民族地区教师提高普通话水平.
Abstract
The level of Mandarin proficiency among teachers in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan is limited by factors such as the level of attention,dialectal circumstances,and learning styles.In order to effectively improve the Mandarin proficiency of teachers in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan,strategies such as increasing attention and developing improvement plans,strengthening publicity and promotion efforts to create a Mandarin speaking atmosphere,optimizing teaching methods and enriching teaching organizational forms,and utilizing information resources to integrate online and offline teaching can be adopted.
