摘要

目的:研究右美托咪定持续泵入对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)七氟烷麻醉患者生命体征及复苏期躁动程度的影响.方法:选择2019年1月至2021年12月在本院接受LC治疗的62例患者作为研究对象,入选对象术中均采用七氟烷吸入全麻.采取随机数表法将其分别纳入对照组(n=31)、观察组(n=31),于对照组七氟烷吸入全麻后给予瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚持续泵入,于观察组七氟烷吸入全麻后采取右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚持续泵入.对比两组麻醉前(T0)、气腹建立时(T1)、手术进镜时(T2)、游离胆囊时(T3)、拔管即刻(T4)时
