摘要

目的:回顾性分析经电视胸腔镜行诊断与手术治疗小结节非小细胞肺癌的疗效及其对各项手术指标、术后发生并发症情况等的影响和作用.方法:收集2019年1月至2021年1月武警湖南总队医院收治的小结节非小细胞肺癌患者资料,随机抽取,行传统开胸手术治疗的29例为对照组,行电视胸腔镜手术诊断和治疗的31例为研究组,比较两组各项手术指标及效果.结果:研究组各手术指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症总发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05),各肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组白细胞介素(IL)-
