摘要

目的:探究对四肢骨折患者分别施行经皮微创接骨板内固定术、交锁髓内钉技术治疗的效果.方法:使用计算机随机法抽取2018年1月至2019年6月我院85例四肢骨折患者为观察对象,结合不同术式将其分为甲组(45例,施行经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗)、乙组(40例,施行交锁髓内钉技术治疗).均随访半年,对比两组治疗优良率、手术指标、骨折愈合时间、运动功能评分、凝血功能指标及并发症发生率.结果:(1)在优良率方面,两组对比无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)甲组手术用时、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间均较乙组更少(P<0.05
