On the Significance,Problems and Improvement of Wildlife Protection Legislation in China——On the Legislation Evolution in China and Its Foreign Conditions
The protection of wildlife by legislation is the inevitable requirement of ecological civilization construction in China,the internal need to ensure public health security in China,and the objective choice to show Chinese image as a responsible big country.Af-ter the initial exploration,rapid development and all-round development,Chinese wildlife protection legislation has entered a new stage of legislation idea favoring biological safety.Many countries and regions have enacted special laws to protect wildlife,reflecting the con-cern for wildlife protection.While Chinese wildlife protection legislation still has obvious defects,including the failure to embody the more advanced wildlife protection concept,the inadequacy of content and the inadequacy of the legal system,it is necessary to take the concept of life community as the basic concept of wildlife protection in China,further improve the relevant system in the current legisla-tion,and build a more perfect legal system of wildlife protection.
