Because electronic medical records are stored and shared through a third-party platform,patients'personal information and privacy rights are more likely to be infringed compared with traditional paper medical records.At the same time,because it is not easy to retroactively modify the traces,there are difficulties in proof.By analyzing the problems and dilemmas faced by electronic medi-cal records in the aspects of evidence effectiveness,the authenticity and accuracy of judicial authentication,and the easy disclosure of patients'personal information and privacy,its compliance construction can be started from the aspects of adding electronic signature and time stamp technology,the processing of patient treatment information hiding,and the improvement of the access authority mecha-nism of electronic medical records system,so as to improve the compliance system construction of medical personnel in medical institu-tions.
