Study on the Standardization of Medical Management of the Subjects Temporarily Executed Outside Prison——An Investigation with Local Community Correction Legislation and Normative Documents
Community correction legislation in China emphasizes the reform and supervision of community correction objects,but pays less attention to the content of medical management involved.Compared with other community correction objects,the medical man-agement of objects temporarily executed outside prison is more special and complex.Through combing and analyzing the legislation and normative documents of local community correction,it is found that most regions have not classified the medical management content of objects temporarily executed outside prison,and the relevant provisions are vague and inoperable.In order to promote the standardiza-tion of the medical management of the subjects temporarily executed outside prison,the dual standard model of"detailed rules + special provisions"should be adopted to realize the classification of medical management according to the different characteristics of the three types of subjects temporarily executed outside prison.And it should focus on the guarantee of its medical management,and make de-tailed specifications from the aspects of medical database file management,medical cost protection and so on.
