The self-designed questionnaire is used to investigate the community doctors,the public and the staff of the regulatory authorities randomly in Chengdu,and the obtained data showed that the overall level of legal literacy of the city's community doctors was low.The legal literacy of community doctors should be improved from the aspects of creating a good legal atmosphere,strengthening the cultivation of legal literacy of school students,enhancing the awareness of active learning of community doctors,and improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism.
