With the implementation of the"Internet +"strategy,drug trading with Internet as the medium presents a momentum of rapid development,but also a series of new problems,and the particularity of its exchange leads to the lack of legal supervision,there-fore,in order to further improve Internet drug trading regulatory system in China,it is suggested to clarify the Internet drug information management rules,standardize the drug third-party logistics supervision system,and jointly form a regulatory force of the drug adminis-tration,industry associations,social groups and consumers.
