To establish a scientific management system of people's mediators in medical disputes and a professional team of media-tors is the prerequisite to ensure the professionalism of medical dispute mediation.And it is necessary to establish a qualification admis-sion system for mediators,and to establish a team of mediators who are professional,competent and enthusiastic about people's media-tion according to the unified criteria for the selection and appointment of mediators;establish a consultation expert database of medical dispute mediation,guarantee its operating funds,stipulate its operating procedures,and clarify the role of expert consultation opinions to improve the mediation quality of medical disputes;and establish evaluation system and reward system of mediators to promote the spe-cialization and professionalism of mediators and promote the sustainable and healthy development of people's mediation of medical dis-putes.
