Review and Optimization of Legislation on Nurses'Prescription Right in China——Analysis Based on Article 65 of Medical Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone
Medical Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone has taken the lead in implementing the"nurses'prescription right"in China,but there are still many problems in the full implementation of nurses'prescription right in China such as the relatively narrow scope of the nurse's prescription right,the supporting implementation mechanism is still lacking,and the power and responsibility of the medical relationship under the right is unclear.Therefore,the legislative improvement of nurses'prescribing right can be carried out from the dimensions of reasonably determining the scope of the right,clarifying the boundary of rights and obligations between doc-tors and nurses,and improving the supporting implementation mechanism of nurses'prescribing right.
