摘要
喉是最重要的发声器官,因有下颌骨、胸骨、胸锁乳突肌和颈椎等结构保护,其损伤在法医临床学鉴定实务中比较少见.在其伤残等级鉴定实务中,应首先了解是否存在发声器官的器质性损伤;若有,再排除影响发声的自身疾病因素,即排除与外伤无关的因素,进而确认外伤与发声功能障碍之间存在因果关系;最后再根据《人体损伤致残程度分级》标准及附录第B.23条之规定以评定致残程度.
Abstract
The larynx is the most important vocal organ,and because it is protected by structures such as the mandible,sternum,sternocleidomastoid muscle,and cervical vertebrae,injuries to it are relatively rare in forensic clinic identification practice.In the prac-tice of disability determination,the first thing to know is whether there is organic damage to the vocal organs;if there is,then exclude the disease factors that affect vocalization,that is,exclude the factors unrelated to trauma,and then confirm the causal relationship be-tween trauma and vocalization dysfunction;finally,the degree of disability is determined according to the standards of Classification of the Degree of Disability of Human Injury and the provisions of Article B.23 of the Appendix.
