The promulgation and implementation of The Civil Code has aroused people's longing for the codification of departmen-tal law,and the codification of health law has become a topic concerned by the academic community.The particularity of health law de-termines that it can only be appropriately codified.Health law codification needs to face three difficulties,including the serious shortage of theoretical reserves,the insufficient systematization of health law and the difficulty in coordinating with other department laws or do-main laws.In order to promote and realize the codification of health law,we should strengthen the theoretical reserve of health law and perfect our health law system.
