Starting from the"current situation of research on the rights of patients with mental disorders in China",this paper col-lects and collates relevant domestic research results in the past 20 years,sorts out the rules and characteristics of them,and expounds the representative research contents.It is found that the research results on the protection of the rights of patients with mental disorders have been increasing continuously in the past 10 years,and the relevant research results show a state of"cold first,then hot and finally slow".The number of high-quality papers is not low but the distribution is uneven,and the research content mainly focuses on a few hot rights,while the research methods are mainly theoretical discussion and research,less empirical research and quantitative analysis.
