Research on the Establishment of Emergency Rescue Mechanism for Criminal Suspects in Procuratorate's Case Handling Base of Duty-related Crimes across Administrative Divisions
There are obvious deficiencies in the emergency rescue mechanism for criminal suspects in procuratorate's case han-dling base of duty-related crimes across administrative divisions:the relevant emergency rescue provisions are not perfect,the access to medical and health information of criminal suspects is limited,the basic conditions for emergency rescue are poor,and the traditional case-handling mode is risky to respond to emergencies.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the relevant provisions on emergency rescue,establish mechanisms for obtaining medical and health information for criminal suspects,improve the capacity of case-handling personnel in procuratorial organs to respond to emergencies,strengthen the construction of basic conditions for emergency rescue,and continuously improve emergency rescue mechanisms through drills.Among them,the experience of designing an emergency rescue mechanism and establishing a"base+hospital"linkage mechanism with the help of emergency rescue experts is worth promoting.
