In Regulations on the Classification of Forensic Judicial Identification Practice,Gender identification is included in the scope of forensic clinical identification,making it a legal method to use forensic clinical science,clinical medicine and morphology to test and identify human sex(secondary sexual characteristics).Based on the problems of gender identification of transgender Individu-als,this paper expounds the methods and precautions in such identification.
