法典化的现实意义在于实现法律规范的一体化和融会贯通、推动卫生健康法治的理性化和现代化以及促进卫生健康法治的民族化和国际化.卫生健康"现行法"与具有示范性的"目标法典"在基本范畴、规则设定及理念层面上相去较远.未来应在习近平法治思想的指引下努力克服消极因素、深化理论研究、优化立法策略,稳步有序推进卫生健康法法典化.
Abstract
The practical significance of codification is to realize the integration and consistency of legal norms,promote the rational-ization and modernization of health rule of law,and promote the nationalization and internationalization of health rule of law.The"cur-rent law"of health and the exemplary"target code"are far from each other in the basic category,rule setting and reasoning level.In the future,under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,we should actively overcome the negative factors,deepen the theo-retical research,optimize the legislative strategy,and promote the codification of health law steadily and orderly.
