摘要
临床伦理委员会的咨询功能可在一定程度上缓解医患关系紧张;而目前我国尚不够重视对临床伦理委员咨询功能的发挥,其主要表现即国内医院该功能建设单一、无统一建立的临床伦理咨询机制、缺乏对该建设的相关指导性文件、医疗伦理意识总体较为单薄等.要较好地发挥临床伦理咨询对医患冲突所具有的事前防范作用,建议应出台临床伦理咨询功能的政策法规,规范临床伦理委员会咨询功能的设立和运行,强化伦理咨询委员会的自身建设,重视建设临床伦理委员会的教育培训机制.
Abstract
The consultation function of the clinical ethics committee can alleviate tense relations between doctors and patients to some extent,but it is not sufficiently valued in China currently,which is mainly manifested in the simple construction of this function in domestic hospitals,no unified clinical ethics consultation mechanism,the lack of relevant guiding documents for the construction,and the overall weak awareness of medical ethics.In order to better play the preventive role of clinical ethics consultation on doctor-patient conflicts,it is suggested that policies and regulations on clinical ethics consultation function should be issued,the establish-ment and operation of clinical ethics committee consultation function should be standardized,the self-construction of ethics consulta-tion committee should be strengthened,and the education and training mechanism of clinical ethics committee should be emphasized.
