Adhesive capsulitis of shoulder is characterized by shoulder joint pain and limited movement.At present,the diagnosis of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder mainly depends on medical history and physical examination,and there is no standardized diagnosis and treatment,which affects its curative effect.Ultrasound can increase the rate of diagnosis and treatment of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder.This paper reviews the pathogenic mechanism,classification,stage,ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound-guided precision injection treatment of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder.
