Objective To analyze the diagnostic value and CT parameters of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)perfusion imaging combined with vascular imaging technology in acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 86 clinically diagnosed patients with acute cerebral infarction in Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from January 2022 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected, all of which were examined by MSCT perfusion imaging and angiography technology, and the coincidence rate of MSCT perfusion imaging, angiography technology and their combined diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction was compared. The CT parameters[mean transit time(MTT),local cerebral blood flow(CBF),local cerebral blood volume(CBV)]of ischemic penumbra area and contralateral area in patients with acute cerebral infarction were compared. Results The total coincidence rate of MSCT perfusion imaging combined with angiography for lacunar infarction, brainstem infarction and all acute cerebral infarction was 100.00%,which was higher than that of MSCT perfusion imaging alone(82.56%)and angiography technology(86.05%)(P<0.05).MTT in ischemic penumbra area was longer than that in contralateral area, and CBF was lower than that in contralateral area, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT perfusion imaging combined with vascular imaging technology can improve the diagnostic accuracy of lacunar infarction, brainstem infarction, and all acute cerebral infarction, and there are certain differences in CT parameters of MTT and CBF in the ischemic penumbra and contralateral areas.
