Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional echocardiography(3DE)in evaluating left ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 125 patients with AMI requiring percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.Left ventricular remodeling was divided into two groups, remodeling group(43 cases)and non-remodeling group(82 cases).Using single-photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)and 3DE to selected patients with postoperative(within 48 h after admission and examination),comparison between groups left ventricular function and three-dimensional speckle tracking parameter difference,Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation of left ventricular function indexes. Results Compared with the non-remodeling group, the levels of LVESV,LVM and LVMI in the remodeling group were higher(P<0.05),while the levels of LVEF,GLS,GRS and GAS were lower(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that LVEDV,LVESV and LVEF parameters measured by 3DE were positively correlated with SPECT values(P<0.05).Conclusion 3DE can comprehensively evaluate the left ventricular remodeling, cardiac function and other indicators of AMI patients after PCI,so as to provide a basis for the accuracy of patients'disease prediction and prognosis.
