Objective Using transient elastography to study the characteristics of liver stiffness of autoimmune hepatitis, and compare the difference of liver stiffness between autoimmune hepatitis and hepatitis B.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the liver stiffness characteristics of 40 patients with autoimmune hepatitis and 50 patients with hepatitis B who were clinically diagnosed in the Affiliated Wuxi Fifth Hospital of Jiangnan University from November 2020 to December 2021.The liver hardness values of the samples and the pathological stages of liver fibrosis were recorded, and the correlation and difference between the liver stiffness values and the pathological stages were compared. Results The liver stiffness values of autoimmune hepatitis increased with the aggravation of the pathological stage of liver fibrosis. The difference between the liver stiffness values of autoimmune hepatitis and hepatitis B was statistically significant when the pathology showed severe liver fibrosis(S3~S4)(P<0.05).Conclusion Transient elastography has a certain application value in the diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis.
