Objective To analyze the value of CT plain scan combined with enhanced scan in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer(PC).Methods A total of 96 patients with suspected PC admitted to Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected. All patients underwent CT plain scan and enhanced scan.Pathology approaches were taken as the"gold standard"to analyze the results of combined CT plain scan and enhanced scan and single diagnosis, and compare the diagnostic efficacy.CT imaging features and CT values were compared between PC and non-PC patients. Results Among the 96 suspected patients with PC,78 cases were confirmed by pathology,68 cases were detected by plain CT scan and 71 cases were detected by enhanced CT scan.A total of 77 cases were detected by CT plain scan combined with enhanced scan. The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of CT plain scan combined with enhanced scan in the diagnosis of PC were 97.44%,96.88%and 89.47%,all of which were significantly higher than those diagnosed by CT alone, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Kappa test showed that CT plain scan combined with enhanced scan had excellent consistency with the"gold standard"(Kappa value =0.900,P<0.001).The shape of PC patients was spherical, the density was uneven, the plain scan density was obviously low,and the proportion of low density in portal pulse stage was higher than that in non-PC patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CT values of plain scan, arterial stage and venous stage of pancreatic lesions in PC patients were lower than those in non-PC patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT plain scan combined with enhanced scan can effectively diagnose pancreatic cancer, which has certain application value and can be popularized.
