Clinical significance and analysis of blood flow indicators of color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating fetal intrauterine conditions in patients with gestational hypertension
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in evaluating fetal intrauterine condition and blood flow index in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).Methods A retrospective collection was performed from January 2022 to January 2023 on 106 HDP patients admitted to Feixian People's Hospital as the observation group,and 106 pregnant women with normal pregnancy during the same period were collected as the control group.All were singleton pregnancies,and all underwent color Doppler ultrasound.The umbilical artery,middle cerebral artery pulse index(PI),systolic to diastolic velocity ratio(S/D)and resistance index(RI)of the two groups were measured and compared with the values of S,A,D,PI,RI and right ventricular Tei of the two groups.Results The RI,S/D and PI of middle cerebral artery in observation group were lower than those of control group,and the RI,S/D and PI of umbilical artery were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The S peak,D peak,PI,RI and right ventricular Tei index of intravenous catheter in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the A peak of intravenous catheter was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of color Doppler ultrasound parameters in HDP patients can effectively evaluate the intrauterine condition of the fetus,and has important clinical application value.
