Objective To investigate the role and accuracy of high resolution CT(HRCT)in the diagnosis of small and medium-sized pulmonary ground-glass density nodules.Methods 68 patients with pulmonary ground-glass density nodules in Dehong People's Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and routine CT scan and HRCT scan were performed.We compared the number,diameter,edge,pleural indentation sign,air bronchogram sign,vacuole sign,vascular dilation sign,and vascular bundle sign of detected nodules under two diagnostic methods,and compared the diagnostic efficacy of the two diagnostic methods through image features.Results The nodule diameter detection results of HRCT were higher than those of conventional CT,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The proportion of pure ground-glass nodule(pGGN)was lower,and the proportion of mixed ground-glass nodule(mGGN)type nodules was higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared the diagnostic efficiency of the two diagnostic methods,the HRCT diagnostic method was higher than the conventional CT diagnosis,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HRCT has high diagnostic efficacy and has high diagnostic value in clinical diagnosis,treatment and follow-up.
