Objective To investigate the value of using coronary CT angiography vascular reserve fraction in the prediction of coronary heart disease major cardiovascular adverse event(MACE).Methods 80 coronary heart disease patients who underwent coronary CT angiography in the First People's Hospital of Jining City from March 2022 to April 2023 were taken as the study subjects, and they were divided into 31 cases in the MACE group and 49 cases in the no-MACE group according to whether or not MACE occurred. The general information and coronary vascular reserve score of the two groups were compared, and the correlation of the predictive value of coronary vascular reserve score on MACE was analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results Comparing the general information of the two groups, there was statistically non significant(P>0.05);the value of coronary vascular reserve score in the MACE group was lower than that in the group without MACE,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the value of coronary vascular reserve score was an independent risk factor affecting the occurrence of MACE in patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusion By comparing the general information of patients with and without MACE and the coronary vascular reserve score,it was found that the patients'underlying diseases, age and gender, and other information had less influence on MACE,while the independent risk factors of MACE were found to include the value of coronary vascular reserve score by multivariate logistic regression analysis, which indicated that coronary CT angiography vascular reserve score had a predictive value for MACE,suggests that coronary CT angiography vascular reserve score has a predictive value for MACE.
