The effect of preoperative CT guided puncture localization assisted thoracoscopic surgery for small pulmonary nodules and its impact on location-related complications
Objective To explore the effectiveness of preoperative CT guided puncture localization assisted thoracoscopic surgery for the treatment of small pulmonary nodules and its impact on location-related complications. Methods 84 patients with pulmonary nodules who underwent thoracoscopic surgery from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(42 cases)and a study group(42 cases)based on different preoperative localization methods. The former received traditional preoperative body surface localization, while the latter received preoperative CT guided puncture localization,to compare the positioning and surgical conditions between the two groups, and to compare the incidence of positioning related complications between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had significantly higher positioning accuracy(95.24%)and surgical success rate(97.62%),significantly shorter puncture and postoperative drainage time, significantly better puncture depth, and significantly lower overall incidence of location-related complications(2.38%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative CT guided puncture localization assisted thoracoscopic surgery for small pulmonary nodules can significantly improve its localization accuracy, increase the success rate of surgery, promote smoother surgery, and effectively reduce the risk of location-related complications, which has promotional value.
