四维超声子宫输卵管造影对女性不孕症的诊断准确性探讨

摘要
目的:研究在女性不孕症临床诊断和评估中,应用四维超声子宫输卵管造影技术的准确性.方法:选取 2019 年 3 月—2023 年8 月无锡怡和妇产医院收治的疑似输卵管型不孕症患者 112 例,分别开展经X线子宫输卵管造影检查、四维超声子宫输卵管造影检查.将腹腔镜检查结果作为金标准,对上述检查措施在病症诊断中的价值展开比对,同时比较两种检查手段的检查操作用时、检查后患者首次下床活动时间、检查后疼痛评分情况.结果:四维超声子宫输卵管造影检查输卵管通畅、通而不畅准确性、总准确性均高于经X线子宫输卵管造影检查(P＜0.05);四维超声子宫输卵管造影检查的操作用时、检查后患者首次下床活动时间均短于经X线子宫输卵管造影检查,检查后疼痛评分低于经X线子宫输卵管造影检查,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:四维超声子宫输卵管造影检查技术应用于女性不孕症临床鉴别诊断中准确性较高,具有广泛应用的价值.
Abstract
Objective To study the accuracy of four-dimensional(4D)ultrasound hysterosalpingography in the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of female infertility.Methods 112 suspected tubal infertility patients admitted to Wuxi Yihe Maternity Hospital from March 2019 to August 2023 were selected for X-ray hysterosalpingography and 4D ultrasound hysterosalpingography,respectively,and the results of laparoscopy were taken as the gold standard.The value of the above examination measures in the diagnosis of the disease was compared,and the examination operation time,the first time of patients getting out of bed after the examination and the pain score after the examination were compared.Results The accuracy and overall accuracy of four-dimensional ultrasound hysterosalpingography in detecting patency and patency of the fallopian tubes were higher than those of X-ray hysterosalpingography(P<0.05).The operation time and the first time of getting out of bed after the examination were shorter than that of X-ray hysterosalpingography,and the pain score after the examination was lower than that of X-ray hysterosalpingography,and the differences were all significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-dimensional ultrasound hysterosalpingography technique has high accuracy in the clinical differential diagnosis of female infertility and has wide application value.
