摘要
目的:分析经会阴超声对产后早期盆底功能的评估价值.方法:选择无锡怡和妇产医院2021年1月—2023年7月收治的115例产妇进行研究,均实施经会阴超声检查,分析产妇的检查结果,观察不同时间段膀胱后角、尿道旋转角、膀胱颈移动度以及不同动作下的提肛肌裂口左右径、前后径、面积等情况.结果:产妇产后6～8周膀胱后角、尿道旋转角以及膀胱颈移动度分别为(131.82±15.66)°、(38.92±12.39)°、(23.52±4.16)mm,均大于孕晚期的(114.39±9.88)°、(29.47±8.82)°、(14.55±3.51)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);产妇产后 6～8 周不同动作下的提肛肌裂口左右径、前后径、面积均大于孕晚期,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:经会阴超声对产后早期盆底功能的评估准确性较高,可以分析产妇产后盆底功能的恢复情况,另外,也能及时发现异常现象,为临床提供科学的数据支持.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the accuracy of transperineal ultrasound on early postpartum pelvic floor function.Methods 115 parturient women admitted to Wuxi Yihe Maternity Hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected for the study,all of whom underwent transperineal ultrasound examination.The examination results of the parturient women were analyzed,and the posterior angle of the bladder,urethral rotation angle,bladder neck movement,as well as the left and right diameters,anterior and posterior diameters,and areas of the levator ani muscle rupture under different movements were observed at different time periods.Results The posterior angle of the bladder,urethral rotation angle,and bladder neck movement of postpartum women at 6-8 weeks were(131.82±15.66)°,(38.92±12.39)°and(23.52±4.16)mm,all were significantly larger than those in late pregnancy(114.39±9.88)°,(29.47±8.82)°and(14.55±3.51)mm(P<0.05).The left and right diameters,anterior and posterior diameters,and areas of the levator ani muscle rupture in postpartum women under different movements at 6-8 weeks were larger than those in late pregnancy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transperineal ultrasound has high accuracy of pelvic floor function in early postpartum,which can analyze the recovery of maternal pelvic floor function after childbirth.In addition,abnormal phenomena can be found in time to provide scientific data support for clinical practice.
