双能CT在急性胰腺炎中的研究进展

摘要

急性胰腺炎(AP)是最常见的胰腺外分泌疾病,早期诊断及严重程度评估困难.双能CT通过两种不同能级X线来区分不同的物质并能提供常规增强CT以外的定量参数信息及更高质量的物质分解图像.双能CT在AP的早期诊断、严重程度评估及并发症诊断中有一定优势.本文就双能CT在AP中的应用现状及研究进展进行综述.

Abstract

Acute pancreatitis(AP)is the most common exocrine pancreatic disease and it is difficult to diagnose and assess the severity of pancreatic disease in early stage.Dual-energy CT can distinguish different substances through X-ray of two different energy levels and provide quantitative parameter information and higher-quality material decomposition images comparing to conventional enhanced CT.Dual-energy CT has better performance in the early diagnosis,severity assessment and complication diagnosis of AP.This paper review the application status and research progress of dual-energy CT in AP.
