随着生育政策的调整和人口老龄化趋势的日益严重,女性盆腔脏器脱垂(POP)越发常见,在围绝经期及绝经后老年群体中尤为明显,已成为大众关注的公共卫生问题.盆底超声(PFU)多参数联合评估及人工智能的发展,对女性盆底所涉及的膀胱膨出、子宫脱垂、压力性尿失禁(SUI)、产伤引起的肛门括约肌及会阴损伤等疾病诊断效能越发显著,目前已成为诊断女性POP的首选影像学检查方法,现就PFU在评估女性POP方面的应用进展进行综述.
With the adjustment of fertility policies and the increasingly serious trend of aging population,female pelvic organ prolapse(POP)was become increasingly common,especially in the perimenopausal and postmenopausal elderly population.POP has become a public health issue of public concern.Pelvic floor ultrasound(PFU)with multi parameter combined evaluation and the development of artificial intelligence has become increasingly effective in diagnosing diseases related to female pelvic floor,such as cystocele,uterine prolapse,stress urinary incontinence(SUI),anal sphincter and perineal injury caused by childbirth.It has become the preferred imaging examination method for diagnosing female POP,This article reviews the application progress of PFU in evaluating female POP.
