肝细胞癌中GPC3的作用机制及影像组学的研究进展

摘要
肝细胞癌(HCC)是最常见的危害人类生命的恶性肿瘤之一,是世界上第二大癌症死亡原因.HCC发病机制隐匿,进展迅速,预后差,死亡率高,早期诊断和预测治疗后反应对HCC患者至关重要.磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3(GPC3)是一种细胞表面糖蛋白,在HCC组织中过度表达,在健康成人肝脏中不表达,是诊断肝细胞癌的可靠免疫组化标志物.影像组学是最近发展起来的一项新兴技术,可以基于大量的高通量数据来量化肿瘤的特征,目前正逐步应用于肝癌的诊断、治疗和预后评估.本文就HCC GPC3 的作用机制及影像组学的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the second most prevalent cause of cancer-related death worldwide and one of the most common malignant tumors that pose a threat to human life.HCC is characterized by insidious pathogenesis,rapid progression,poor prognosis and high mortality.Early diagnosis and prediction of response after treatment are essential for HCC patients.Glypican-3(GPC3)is a cell surface glycoprotein that is overexpressed in HCC tissues but not in the liver of healthy adults.It is a reliable immunohistochemical marker for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Radiomics is an emerging technology developed recently,which can quantify the characteristics of tumors based on a large number of high-throughput data,and is now gradually applied to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of liver cancer.In this paper,the mechanism of HCC GPC3 and the research progress of radiomics are reviewed.
