摘要
随着医学界对盆底功能障碍疾病的日益重视,女性盆底健康问题被更多的人关注.及早进行非手术干预措施如盆底功能训练、针灸治疗等,能有效推迟严重盆底功能障碍的发生,因此早期诊断尤为关键.盆底超声因其无创性、便捷性、经济性及实时动态观察盆底的特性,在临床上获得了广泛应用.本文主要针对盆底解剖、盆底超声技术以及盆底超声在女性盆底功能障碍诊断与治疗中的应用进展与挑战进行综述.
Abstract
With the increasing attention of the medical community to pelvic floor dysfunction disease,the female pelvic floor health problem has been paid more attention.Non-surgical interventions such as pelvic floor function training and acupuncture treatment can effectively delay the occurrence of severe pelvic floor dysfunction,so early diagnosis is particularly critical.Pelvic floor ultrasound has been widely used in clinic because of its non-invasive,convenient,economical and real-time dynamic observation of pelvic floor.This article mainly reviews the progress and challenges of pelvic floor anatomy,pelvic floor ultrasonography technology,and pelvic floor ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction.
