摘要
卵巢癌是一种严重威胁女性身体健康的恶性肿瘤,由于早期症状表现较隐匿,导致许多患者在确诊时已经到达晚期.因此,卵巢癌的早期诊断对于提高患者的生存率至关重要.目前多模态超声成为卵巢癌诊断领域的研究热点,取得了显著的研究进展.本文综述了多模态超声在卵巢癌诊断中的最新研究,其中包括多普勒超声、三维超声、超声弹性成像、超声造影等多种技术的应用,以期探讨卵巢癌早期筛查和准确诊断的有力工具,为患者提供更早的治疗机会,从而有效提高生存率.
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is a malignancy that poses a serious threat to women's health,as its early symptoms tend to be subtle,leading many patients to be diagnosed at an advanced stage.Consequently,early diagnosis of ovarian cancer is crucial for improving patient survival rates.Currently,multimodal ultrasound imaging has emerged as a research hotspot in the field of ovarian cancer diagnosis,achieving significant advancements.This paper provides an overview of the latest research progress in multimodal ultrasound imaging for ovarian cancer diagnosis,encompassing techniques such as Doppler ultrasound,three-dimensional ultrasound,elastography,and ultrasound contrast imaging.The aim is to exploring a potent tool for early screening and precise diagnosis of ovarian cancer,offering patients earlier treatment opportunities and thereby effectively enhancing survival rates.
