摘要
发育迟缓(DD)是临床儿科常见的一种发育障碍性疾病.目前临床主要依靠各种诊断性发育量表进行评估,诊疗过程缺乏一定客观性.磁共振成像(MRI)在其早期诊断及治疗中应用广泛.随着多模态MRI技术的发展,DTI、DKI、MRS及BOLD-fMR等被用于评估患儿纤维束的损伤、代谢及脑结构异常.本文就多模态MRI相关序列在DD中的应用进展做一综述.
Abstract
Development delay(DD)is a common developmental disorder in clinical pediatrics.At present,clinical evaluation mainly relies on various diagnostic developmental scales,lacking a certain degree of objectivity in the diagnosis and treatment process.MRI have been widely used in the early diagnosis and treatment of DD.With the development of multimodal MRI,DTI,DKI,MRS and BOLD-fMR have been used to evaluate the damage,metabolism and structural abnormality of the brain in children.This article reviewed the application progress of multimodal MRI related sequences in DD.
