摘要
酰胺质子转移(APT)成像技术,其本身属于临床化学交换饱和技术与转移技术的总和.该技术可以从细胞分子中直接反映蛋白质的所属特性,应用于临床子宫MRI等检查中,具有安全、无创等优势.酰胺质子转移成像技术在临床妇科检查应用中,具有实际作用.本文就酰胺质子转移成像在子宫MRI检查中的应用研究进展展开综述.
Abstract
Amide proton transfer(APT)imaging technology belongs to the sum of clinical chemical exchange saturation technology and transfer technology.This technology can directly reflect the characteristics of proteins from cell molecules,and is applied to clinical uterine MRI and other examinations,which has the advantages of safe and non-invasive examination.At present,the amide proton transfer imaging technology has a practical role in the clinical gynecological examination application,and it is well known.This review summarizes the progress of the application of amide proton transfer imaging in uterine MRI.Hope that this can give the majority of relevant workers,with advice or inspiration.
