摘要
高分辨率MRI对直肠软组织分辨率高,可精确显示直肠癌及其周围组织状态,在影像评估中占重要地位.但传统MRI分析在指导临床决策上存在局限.因此,需创新无创影像指标,量化肿瘤特征,以制定个体化治疗方案.影像组学的发展为直肠癌评估提供新视角和客观、精准诊疗依据,助力个性化治疗.本文旨在对影像组学在直肠癌T分期评估、淋巴结转移、淋巴血管浸润(LVI)、神经侵犯(PNI)以及肿瘤沉积(TD)术前预测方面的应用进行全面的梳理与展望.为更深入地了解MRI影像组学在直肠癌领域的应用进展提供有益的参考.
Abstract
High-resolution MRI has excellent resolution for rectal soft tissue,accurately displaying the status of rectal cancer and its surrounding tissues,playing a crucial role in image evaluation.However,traditional MRI analysis has limitations in guiding clinical decision-making.Therefore,innovative,noninvasive imaging indicators are needed to quantify tumor characteristics and develop individualized treatment plans.The development of radiomics provides a new perspective for the evaluation of rectal cancer,offering objective and precise diagnostic evidence and supporting personalized treatment.This article aims to comprehensively review and prospect the application of radiomics in preoperative prediction of T staging,lymph node metastasis,lymphovascular invasion(LVI),peripheral nerve injuries(PNI),and tumor deposit(TD)in rectal cancer.It provides a useful reference for a deeper understanding of the progress of MRI radiomics in the field of rectal cancer.
