超声新技术在宫腔占位性病变诊断中的应用进展

摘要
子宫宫腔占位是临床妇科中常见的疾病,经阴道二维超声(2D-TVS)检查是这些疾病基础的初查方式.随着超声新技术的不断发展,出现了经阴道三维超声(3D-TVS)、超声弹性成像(UE)以及静脉超声造影(CEUS)等高级声像学诊断技术.本文对3D-TVS、UE及CEUS的基本原理及其在子宫宫腔占位性病变诊断中的应用进展进行综述.
Abstract
Uterine space-occupying is a common disease in clinical gynecology,and two-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound(2D-TVS)is the first way to investigate the basis of these diseases.With the continuous development of new ultrasound technology,advanced ultrasound diagnostic techniques such as transvaginal three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound(3D-TVS),ultrasonic elastography(UE)and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)have appeared.This article reviews the basic principles of 3D-TVS,UE and CEUS and their application in the diagnosis of uterine space-occupying lesions.
